RWest Designs' artist, Rebecca, has been making jewelry on and off since 1997. She considers herself a crafting freak and constantly wants to make new things. Rebecca sells her creations on Etsy to help pay for her daughter's adoption and to set up a fund to take her daughter back one day to see where she was born.

A little bit more about Rebecca's craft and shops:
Where does your inspiration come from?
Mostly the beads themselves. My work table is messy, with lots of beads leftover from projects, and most of the time ideas will come to me from just looking at the beads laying together on the table. Somedays I have nothing, other days, ideas are flowing at me so fast I can't keep up!
What material(s) do you primarily use?
Semi-precious gemstones, I like them all! Sterling silver, but I am considering doing some silver plated to offer a less expensive option for those who don't mind plated items. Also, swarovski crystals are a favorite!
Do you have a favorite stone? If so, which one?
I LOVE them all but my favorite ...hhhhhmmmm, probably Turquoise.
Other than Etsy, where else can your work be found?
Right now only Etsy, however, I'm working on some other projects. I do have a basic account with soopsee.com and I am looking into Artfire.
Are you on any social networking sites? Which ones?
Currently I am on facebook - RWestDesigns Jewelry. Come be a fan! I'm also on twitter - rwestdesigns. Come follow me!
Please provide a link to ONE of your favorite Etsy or Artfire shops.
whimsypics.etsy.com - She is an awesome designer of cards, scrapbooks, altered jars - all kinds of neat stuff, and a really sweet person too.
Tell me something interesting about you or your shop. This can be anything but should be something not found in shop profile.
I love the colors purple, lime green, pink and cobalt blue. I love the simpler, smaller things in life. I love to cook, paint, take pictures, read different blogs and create with my hands. I am impatient and can't get enough of my beautiful baby girl. I keep my three nieces during the day. I am secretary of Woodlawn Community where I live. I'm working at my jewelry business, and am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, sister-in-law and aunt to the the best family ever. That's probably not too interesting but it's my life!
Thanks for participating in this week's giveaway. Be sure to stop by next week for another great giveaway.
